01 / Overview

Bite Investments works with fund managers in private markets. I joined as CTO in 2019, first in Nanjing and then in London, and led technology for six years.

02 / Product

Bite Stream is an end-to-end, modular platform for the whole investor journey: fundraising, onboarding and investor communication, with one portal where limited partners and retail investors see all their holdings.

03 / Architecture

A regulated business needs software that can show its work. We built the platform and the security programme together and took the company to SOC 2 Type 2, while running one engineering team across two countries.
